Welcome to Ringside Rally! These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, “Terms”) govern your use of the Ringside Rally mobile application (the “App”), developed and operated by Woof School LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with AKC Rally obedience training.

2. About the App

Ringside Rally is a Rally obedience training tool designed to help dog handlers prepare for AKC Rally competitions. The App provides:

• Signs — Browse, filter, and search AKC Rally signs
• Lists — Create and manage custom sign collections
• Practice — Configurable timed training sessions with audio prompts
• AKC Handbook — Static reference material for AKC Rally rules

The App is a training aid only and is provided for educational and training purposes.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Your use of Ringside Rally is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts and Purchase Restoration

Ringside Rally does not require you to create a separate user account, username, or password with us to use the App.

Downloading the App and managing your subscriptions or in-app purchases is tied directly to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play Store). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of those credentials.

If you get a new device or need to reinstall the App, you will need access to the original Apple or Google account used to make the purchase in order to use the “Restore Purchases” feature. Woof School LLC cannot reset your App Store or Google Play passwords, nor can we manually transfer purchases between different Apple or Google accounts.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 Pro Features

Ringside Rally offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro features include unlimited access to all signs, unlimited custom lists, configurable practice sessions, and randomized sign order.

5.2 Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.4 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store. Uninstalling the App will not automatically cancel your subscription.

5.5 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.

6. American Kennel Club (AKC) Disclaimer

The American Kennel Club (AKC) and AKC Rally are registered trademarks of the American Kennel Club. Ringside Rally is an independent training tool created by Woof School LLC. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with the American Kennel Club.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, branding, design, and functionality within Ringside Rally — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio — are the exclusive property of Woof School LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the App or your rights under these Terms
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RINGSIDE RALLY IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOF SCHOOL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND HELPFUL RALLY OBEDIENCE INFORMATION, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF CONTENT IN THE APP. ALWAYS CONSULT CURRENT OFFICIAL AKC RESOURCES FOR COMPETITION RULES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WOOF SCHOOL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR PERFORMANCE IN OFFICIAL RALLY TRIALS OR COMPETITIONS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Woof School LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term herein. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Apple App Store and Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Woof School LLC only, not with Apple, Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, you agree to comply with the Google Play Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, through a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Woof School LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
