Tap the avatar in the top-right corner of any screen to open your Profile. This is where you check your plan, manage a Pro subscription, restore a past purchase, and find the app’s version, legal documents, and help links.

Your plan

The Account section shows whether you are on Free or Pro. Tap the Plan row to expand it.

• On Free, it offers Upgrade to Pro and Restore Purchases.
• On Pro, it shows your Renewal Date and billing period (monthly or annual), plus Cancel Subscription and Restore Purchases.

Who handles payments

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store (on iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (on Android). Ringside Rally never sees or stores your card details, and payment is charged to whichever store account you are signed in with.

Because the store handles billing, your subscription is tied to your Apple or Google account, not to a separate Ringside Rally login. There is no account to create and no password to remember.

Restoring a purchase

Use Restore Purchases if you already bought Pro but the app is showing Free, for example after reinstalling the app or setting up a new phone. It re-checks your store account and reactivates Pro if an active subscription is found.

Restore only works on the same store account that made the original purchase, and on the same platform. A purchase made on an iPhone cannot be restored on an Android device, since the two stores are separate.

Cancelling a subscription

Tapping Cancel Subscription opens the subscription settings for your store, where you confirm the cancellation:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — through the renewal date shown on the Plan row — and then the app returns to Free. You are not charged again after you cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play, under their own policies. Ringside Rally cannot issue, approve, or deny a refund directly, and has no access to your payment method.

• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Google Play: request a refund from the Play Store order history, or at play.google.com/store/account.

If something about Pro is not working as you expected, email me first at rsrapp@woof.school — there may be a quicker fix than a refund, such as restoring a purchase that did not carry over.

Version, legal, and help

The About section holds a few useful extras:

• Version shows the installed version and flags when an update is available in the store.
• Legal links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
• Help links to this User Guide and to Email Developer, which opens a pre-addressed message to me.
• Spread the Word opens the share sheet so you can pass the app along to a training friend.
